The Local Government and Rural Development Department Tehsil HQ Upper Mohmand invites sealed tenders for a range of construction and upgradation works in District Mohmand. This opportunity is open to government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Items being procured: - Construction of Twin Latrine at Chandi Bazar District Mohmand, Construction of PCC Street Pavements, Drain, Culverts/Walls at Katar Kaley District Mohmand, Construction of Waiting Sheds at Katar Kaley Chandi Chawk, Maila Bash Baba Chawk, Katar Chawk District Mohmand (Estimated Cost: 40.7 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 814,000 PKR) - Upgradation of drinking water supply schemes, Solarization of existing bore and construction of overhead water tank in Upper Mohmand (Estimated Cost: 40.0 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 800,000 PKR) - Upgradation of drinking water supply schemes, Solarization of existing bore and construction of overhead water tank in Upper Mohmand (Estimated Cost: 30.0 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 600,000 PKR) - Uplifting/Beautification and improvement of infrastructure, PCC Road at Sagi Shinwari Upper Mohmand (Estimated Cost: 10.0 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 200,000 PKR) - Construction of suspension bridge in Ghalanai (ASDI) (Estimated Cost: 8.0 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 160,000 PKR) The technical scope covers civil works including street pavements, drainage, culverts, water supply infrastructure, solarization, beautification, and bridge construction. All works are to be completed as per work order timelines. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C5 or above and possess valid codes. FBR and KPRA registration (Active Taxpayer) is mandatory for the current financial year. Earnest Money at 2 percent of the estimated cost must be deposited in the form of call deposit in favor of the Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil HQ Upper Mohmand. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (www.portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk) and KP-PRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 14-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. The opening of electronic bids will take place the same day at 12:30 PM. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the closing date.
