Construction of Washing and Sterilization Rooms at PMDC Collieries Mines Quetta

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation Islamabad (PMDC) invites bids for the construction of Washing and Sterilization Rooms at its Collieries Mines located in Sor-Range, Sharigh, and Degari, Quetta. Materials must conform to approved standards and brands listed, including Bestway cement, Master tiles, Berger paints, and others. The project sites are in Quetta, Balochistan province. Eligibility requires PEC registration in C-6 category, FBR registration, 3 years relevant experience with government or reputable organizations, and submission of bid security of Rs. 50,000 per lot. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by August 12, 2026, 11:00 AM. Manual bids are not accepted. The contract duration is 120 days with a defect liability period of 12 months. Liquidated damages of 0.10% per day up to 10% of contract value apply for delays. Submission must include all required documents, technical staff and machinery lists, and financial capacity proof. The bid evaluation will be based on least cost selection among technically responsive bidders. Payment will be made on actual work done without advance or interim payments.
