Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Kachhi Irrigation Division at Dhadar invites sealed tenders on percentage rates based on the composite Schedule of Rates, 2026 Government of Balochistan amended up to date for the following construction works in Kachhi District. Items being procured:
- Construction of Water Channels District Kachhi PSD(P) 2786 (2026-27) TSE-2627091186163 (Estimated Cost Rs. 50.00 Million)
- Construction of Flood Protection Bund District Kachhi PSD(P) 2786 (2026-27) TSE-2627091183573 (Estimated Cost Rs. 50.00 Million)
- Construction of Water Reservoirs Tehsile Balanar Bhag District Kachhi PSD(P) 2787 (2026-27) TSE-2627091186053 (Estimated Cost Rs. 45.00 Million)
- Construction of Flood Channel for Goth Shah Bazo District Kachhi PSD(P) 2861 (2026-27) TSE-2627091183653 (Estimated Cost Rs. 30.00 Million)
The bidding will be conducted in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) rules 2014 and PEC Laws. Basic eligibility requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and FBR registration. Bidders must have completed one assignment with a minimum value of PKR 20 million and submit a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost. Tender fee is Rs. 1500 per package. The work requires specialized PEC category C-5 and above, with financial capacity and technical capability as per tender documents.
