Construction of Water Channels, Flood Protection Bund, Water Reservoirs, and Flood Channel in District Kachhi

The Executive Engineer Kachhi Irrigation Division at Dhadar invites sealed tenders on percentage rates based on composite Schedule of Rates, 2026 Government of Balochistan amended up to date for Schedule items from interested eligible contractors/firms for the following works in District Kachhi. Items being procured: - Construction of Water Channels District Kachhi PSDP# 2785 (2026-27) TSE-2627091186163 - Construction of Flood Protection Bund District Kachhi PSDP# 2786 (2026-27) TSE-2627091183573 - Construction of Water Reservoirs Tehsile Balanari Bhag District Kachhi PSDP# 2787 (2026-27) TSE-2627091186053 - Construction of Flood Channel for Goth Shah Bazo District Kachhi PSDP# 2861 (2026-27) TSE-2627091183653 The bidding shall be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) rules 2014 and PEC laws. Basic eligibility requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and FBR registration. The bidder must have completed 1 assignment of similar nature or work turnover of at least PKR 30,000,000 for works at S#1 to 3 and PKR 20,000,000 for work at S#4 in 3 previous years showing financial capacity. Tender fee is Rs. 1500/- and bid security is 3% of estimated cost. PEC category C-5 and above (up to 65 million) and specialized code C.604 are required. Bidders must provide undertakings on stamp paper attested by 1st class magistrate certifying accuracy of quoted data and commitment to start and complete work with own financial resources. Bank certificate or statement showing at least 50% balance of estimated cost is also required.
