Construction of Water Supply Schemes and Related Works in Killa Saifullah

The Public Health Engineering Division Killa Saifullah is procuring construction and installation works for multiple water supply schemes in Killa Saifullah, Balochistan. The technical scope covers solar energy systems, pumping machinery, and pipe installation, requiring specialized knowledge in solar-based water pumping systems. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR and Balochistan Revenue Authority as active taxpayers, possess valid PEC registration for 2026-27 in relevant categories CE09 (Solar), EE11 (Solar Energy System), and hold a valid Electrical Contractor license. ISO 9001:2015 certification is mandatory. Firms must provide dealership certificates, purchase documents, and demonstrate experience with similar solar-based pumping and piping works worth at least PKR 5 million in the last two years.
