Construction of Water Supply Schemes and Solar-Powered Water Supply Schemes in Killa Abdullah

The Public Health Engineering Division Killa Abdullah invites sealed percentage-rate tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 from eligible and PEC-registered firms/contractors for the construction of Water Supply Schemes (WSS) and Solar-Powered Water Supply Schemes in various locations of Killa Abdullah district. Items being procured: - Construction of Water Supply Schemes (WSS) at Various Locations in District Killa Abdullah - Package-I - Construction of Water Supply Schemes including Solar-Powered Bore Water Supply Schemes at Various Locations in District Killa Abdullah - Package-II The works include tube-well works (Civil – Public Health, code CE-09(ii)) and Solar Energy Installation (code EE-11) to cover bore, solar power supply, and pipeline/distribution components of the water under a single composite registration. The bidder must be registered with PEC in Category C-4 (Upto 200 million) or above and have valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue, General Sales Tax (GST), and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA). Minimum one year documented experience in supply, installation, and commissioning of solar-powered water supply schemes and/or tube-wells/pipeline works or similar is required. The bidder must submit earnest money equal to 3% of the total bid value in the form of a CDR in favor of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Killa Abdullah. Tender and bidding documents are available for free download from the BPPRA portal. The fee for each package is Rs. 2000/- and must be deposited in the Head of Account C02725-02 (PHE Tender Fee) through a Green Challan at the National Bank of Pakistan, Killa Abdullah Branch. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 10:00 AM on 27 October 2026, with technical bids opened the same day at 10:00 AM and financial bids opened on 28 October 2026 at 12:45 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Killa Abdullah. The procuring entity reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Disqualification and blacklisting rules apply as per BPPRA Rules 2014.
