Construction of Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes at Various UCs and Tehsils in District Buner

The Public Health Engineering Division Buner invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for construction works related to water supply and sanitation in District Buner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the Single Stage, single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - WSS Jowar No.3 UC Malikhel - WSS Ashizo Maira UC Ellai - Installation of Head Pump/Pressure Pumps UC Malikhel Tehsil Gadezai - WSS Chor Banda UC Aba Khel - Construction of Street Pavement and Drains at Kot, New Pandair, Old Pandair, Tandair, TAirha and Mohallah Kas and Momin Abad Korina VC Pandair - Construction of Street Pavement and Drains at Mohalla Baiaz, Elai, Bampur, Shahi and Muhalla Shangra, VC Shangra - Construction of Street Pavement and Drains at Toheed Abad and Mohalla Grhai VC Gul Bandi - Construction of Street Pavement and Drains at Mohalla Bakro, Sar Tiraj, Bazar and Mohalla Landay, VC Bazar Kot - Construction of Street Pavement and Drains at Koza Krha, Bilandai, Mirza Sar and Pakhtanu Maira, VC Banj Kara - Construction of Street Pavement and Drains at Gunshai and Gisharh VC Gumbat - Solar Based Tubewell for DWSS at Tangora UC Gul Bandi - Gravity Based DWSS at Jabo UC Pandair The works include construction of water supply schemes, installation of pumps, street pavements, and drainage systems across multiple union councils and tehsils in Buner district. The projects aim to improve water supply and sanitation infrastructure in the region. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under CE-09 and CE-10 codes, valid registration and renewal with the Provincial Enlistment Committee for the fiscal year 2026-27, and registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA) with active taxpayer status. Bid security and additional security must be deposited as per KPPRA Notification NO SRO (14) Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated May 10, 2022 / 6058-71. Tender documents including Tender Form and BOQ can be downloaded from the E-pads website www.epads.gov.pk. Bidders meeting the requirements must submit original bids through courier, accompanied by earnest money/stamp duty and additional security if applicable, in the form of a call deposit made in the name of the undersigned. Bids must be sent to the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Buner, and must be received by 12:00 P.M. on 24-09-2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 P.M. in the presence of participating contractors or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained.
