Eligibility criteria include three years of relevant work experience in PHE, valid NTN and tax registration, and registration with the Baluchistan Revenue Authority. Earnest money of 2% of the bid value in the form of call deposit is required. Tender documents will be issued on 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM from the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Quetta upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. Submission deadline is 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Executive Engineer PHE Division Quetta office.
