Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Quetta invites tenders from approved Government Contractors for construction works involving well bores and solar systems at multiple sites in Quetta. Items being procured:
- Construction of Well Bores and Solar System at Abdullah Khan Schemes Quetta
- Construction of WSS Abdul Rehman Shah Street Abdul Tahoor S/O Mehrullah Jan Killi Almas Quetta
- Construction of For WSS Cantonment Ward-III
- Local Bore with Solar for WSS Jan Mohammed Road Gujjar Mohallah Quetta
- Construction of WSS Shawakha Road Quetta
- Construction of WSS Shamir Double Road Quetta
- Construction of WSS Ward 1 Cantonment Hanna Bypass
- Construction of WSS Malik Ghani Killi Malezai Kuchalak Quetta

The technical scope includes drilling and development of bores, supply and installation of solar systems, providing and laying of HDPE pipelines, and civil works at each site. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014. Eligibility criteria require contractors to have at least three years of relevant work experience in the PHE Department, valid registration with tax authorities (NTN, Balochistan Revenue Authority, BSTS), and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Tender documents and details can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours.
Earnest Money of 2% in shape of Call Deposit is required. Submission deadline is 07-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM.
