Construction of Work Package No. 04 at Site Near Chashma

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed re-tenders from pre-qualified enlisted Civil Works Contractors for the construction of Work Package No. 04 at a site near Chashma, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Construction of Work Package No. 04 at site near Chashma The project involves civil works requiring competent contractors with relevant PEC category registration. The estimated cost is Rs. 37.91 Million. The work completion time is 7 months from the date of award. Tender submission deadline is 28-09-2026 at 1030 Hrs, with tender opening on the same day at 1100 Hrs. A fixed bid security of Rs. 0.8 Million in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan is mandatory. If bidders opt for Bank Guarantee, it must have a validity of at least 6 months from the bid opening date. Two copies of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) must be submitted, one original and one photocopy, both sealed, pre-signed, and stamped.
