Construction Works for WSS Projects in Harnai District

The Public Health Engineering Division Harnai invites approved Government Contractors to submit bids for multiple construction works related to Water Supply Schemes (WSS) in Harnai District. The projects include drilling and development of bores, supply and installation of solar systems, providing and laying of HDPE pipe lines, and civil works. Items being procured: - Construction WSS Killi Dilwani Zarghoon Ghar Harani (PSDP#4524): Drilling & Development of bore, Supply & Installation of Solar, Providing and laying of HDPE pipe line, Civil Work - Construction WSS Serki Kach Zarghoon Ghar Harani (PSDP#4525): Drilling & Development of bore, Supply & Installation of Solar, Providing and laying of HDPE pipe line, Civil Work - Construction WSS Tore Shore Zarghoon Ghar Harani (PSDP#4526): Drilling & Development of bore, Supply & Installation of Solar, Providing and laying of HDPE pipe line, Civil Work - Construction of Gravity Flow WSS Wamtangi to Harnai City & Surrounding Villages District Harnai (PSDP#4293): Construction of Sump Well, Providing and laying of pipe line Wamtani, Civil Work WSS Wamtangi, Providing and laying of pipe line WSS Khost Bazar, Civil Work WSS Khost Bazar The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014. Eligibility criteria include three years of relevant work experience in the PHE Department, a turnover of at least three years showing financial capacity, valid NTN and tax registration, and valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for the year 2026-2027. Tender fee and bid security are required as call deposits in the specified bank account. The tender documents will be issued on 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM from the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Quetta. The last date for submission is 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, and the tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM. Submission must be made at the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Quetta. Only original contractors with CNIC and proper representation will be allowed to participate. No pay orders will be accepted. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the earnest money in the form of call deposit is properly submitted and the firm's complete title name is written on the call deposit to avoid disqualification.
