Tender Description
This tender invites qualified consultancy firms to provide architectural, structural, and engineering design services for the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan and Peoples Institute of Dental & Oral Health Sciences at the Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women in Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh. The department requires comprehensive preparation of architectural and structural drawings, detailed designs, engineer estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) covering civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for both the main and new campuses.
The consultancy scope includes soil investigation reports, topographic surveys, master planning, conceptual 3D designs, detailed construction drawings, tender documents, and specifications. The consultant will also provide project management support during construction, including review and modification of drawings, safety oversight, and problem resolution. The project demands experienced professionals registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners, with a strong track record in similar health education infrastructure projects.
Bidders must comply with PEC registration requirements, maintain active FBR/ATL status, and meet financial turnover criteria for the 2025-26 financial year. The tender emphasizes submission of a complete technical and financial proposal, including company profile, CVs of key personnel, and bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). The evaluation will follow the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2012, with a 90-day proposal validity and a 3% bid security requirement.
The submission deadline is set for 02 April 2026 at 12:30 PM, with technical proposals opening at 1:00 PM the same day. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected.
