Tender Description
This tender invites qualified consultancy firms to provide expert services for construction, repair, maintenance, renovation, architecture, and horticulture in large residential and official buildings of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad. The department requires comprehensive technical support including preparation of bidding documents, bill of quantities, detailed specifications, engineers estimates, construction supervision, and final certification of works.
The scope covers a wide range of activities from architectural design to horticultural planning, ensuring quality and compliance with government standards. The site is located in Islamabad, demanding consultants to consider local environmental and logistical challenges. The consultancy will also maintain an office at MOFA to coordinate and manage the project effectively.
Consultants must be registered with PEC and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the fiscal year 2025-26. Firms should ensure their PEC category matches the consultancy requirements and maintain valid FBR registration. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 500,000 is mandatory, favoring Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad.
Proposals must be submitted online through the e-procurement system cPADS at www.cprocure.gov.pk before the deadline of 31 March 2026 at 1200 hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1230 hrs at the Office of the Director (GS), Ground Floor, Agha Shahi Block, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad.
