Consultancy Services for Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of Parking Plaza, Health Department Flats, Classrooms and Pedestrian Bridges in Quetta

The Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development is procuring consultancy services for the detailed design and construction supervision of multiple infrastructure projects in Quetta. These include a Parking Plaza at the AG Office, Health Department Flats, Classrooms at Science College, and Pedestrian Bridges under the CM Package for Quetta Development. This tender invites well-reputed national and international firms or joint ventures with proven expertise in consultancy engineering services. The scope covers detailed design and supervision of construction activities ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications. The consultancy firm must have PEC registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm with valid certifications under project profile codes 1201 (i)(iii)(vi). Firms must also be registered with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Blacklisted firms by any procuring agency in Pakistan are not eligible. Bidders should have completed at least two assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum turnover of PKR 8,700,000 in the last three years. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required along with a tender processing fee of Rs. 1000 via green challan. The procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014.
