Tender Description
BUITEMS invites proposals from PEC/PCATP registered firms for consultancy services for design and detailed construction supervision of civil works at Takatu Campus including Administration Block, Day Care Center, and Faculty Hostel. The consultancy aims to strengthen campus facilities with professional engineering and architectural expertise.
Proposals must be submitted by registered mail or by hand by 26th December 2025 before 3:00 pm, with technical proposals opened at 3:30 pm the same day. A non-refundable RFP document fee and earnest money deposit are required. Evaluation will follow Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method.
