Tender Description
This tender invites consultancy firms to provide design review and construction supervision services for Sections 4 and 5 of the Hyderabad-Sukkur Motorway (M-6) project in Hyderabad, Sindh. The National Highway Authority (NHA) requires expert consultants to ensure the project meets engineering standards and quality benchmarks throughout its execution phase.
The consultancy scope includes detailed design review and oversight of construction activities on the motorway sections. The project site in Hyderabad presents typical regional engineering challenges such as soil stabilization, drainage management, and adherence to motorway safety standards. Consultants must demonstrate strong technical and managerial capabilities to coordinate with contractors and stakeholders effectively.
Bidders should hold relevant PEC categories and maintain a valid FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status for the fiscal year 2025-26. Firms are advised to prepare their Expression of Interest (EOI) with complete documentation, including company profile, technical competence, and management policies. Compliance with IsDB procurement guidelines and familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions will be advantageous.
The submission deadline is set for 23:59:59 on the 4th of July, 2024. EOIs will be opened on the same day at the NHA office in Islamabad. Interested firms must submit sealed hard copies of their proposals to the designated address as per the tender instructions.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your EOI includes all annexures in the correct order and a signed confirmation of submission. Missing or incomplete documents often lead to disqualification, so double-check the checklist before submission.
