The Ministry of Energy (Power Division) is implementing the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) with financial assistance from the World Bank under IBRD:93180. The project aims to achieve affordable electricity, energy security, and sustainability nationwide. In this context, the Program Implementing Unit (PIU) intends to hire consultancy services for a Digital & Social Media Solutions Firm. The firm will drive public awareness and ensure nationwide compliance for the Power Subsidy Reform through the National CNIC-to-Meter Linkage Campaign. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for Digital & Social Media Solutions Firm The scope includes delivering digital marketing and social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic display. The firm must have a minimum of five years of continuous documented experience in digital marketing, including paid social advertising or digital communications. Additionally, a minimum of two large-scale paid digital/social campaigns for federal or provincial government entities, SOEs, or private sector clients is required. Campaigns targeting low-income or underserved populations will be given weightage. Interested consulting firms must provide detailed information demonstrating their qualifications and relevant experience, including brochures and descriptions of similar assignments. The selection will follow the Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS) method as per the World Bank's Procurement Regulations.
