Tender Description
This tender invites consulting firms to provide Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) services for the M-6 Motorway Development Project covering Sections IV and V, spanning Naushehro Feroz to Ranipur and Ranipur to Sukkur in Pakistan. Issued by the National Highway Authority under the Ministry of Communications in Islamabad, this consultancy falls under the category of specialized environmental and social studies.
The consultancy involves detailed assessment and preparation of plans including Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), Labor Management Procedures (LMP), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP), and Gender Action Plan (GAP). The project covers a total distance of approximately 120.78 km, requiring thorough fieldwork and stakeholder coordination to address environmental and social challenges along the motorway route.

The selection will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection method, emphasizing technical expertise and relevant experience.
