Tender Document
Tender Description
This tender invites consultancy firms in Peshawar from the Wildlife Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for a feasibility study of the Billion Tree Plus Project's wildlife component. The project focuses on environmental conservation and biodiversity enhancement in the region.
The consultancy requires firms to conduct a detailed feasibility analysis, including wildlife management, biodiversity protection, and ecosystem maintenance. The work involves understanding local biodiversity, forestry, and natural resource management challenges in Peshawar. Firms must submit technical and financial proposals through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and a sealed hard copy to the Project Manager's office at Peshawar Zoo, Palosi Road, Rahatabad.
Consultants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have at least 10 years of relevant experience. They should also be registered with KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA), KP Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The firm must comply with the 2025-26 fiscal year requirements, including valid bank statements, income tax returns, and audit reports. The financial bid must be 2% of the quoted amount as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR).
The submission deadline is set for 12th March 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical proposals opening the same day at 11:30 AM at the Peshawar Zoo office complex. The financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened later. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 5th March 2026 at 12:00 PM to clarify any queries.
Pro-Tip: Ensure strict adherence to the RFP document and submit a properly bound copy of the final feasibility study and project cost by 15th June 2026. Missing the specific stamp duty or CDR requirements often leads to disqualification, so double-check these details before submission.
