Hiring of Consultancy Firm for Feasibility Study, Design, PC-I Documents and Construction Supervision for Pakistan Tobacco Board Projects

The Pakistan Tobacco Board (PTB) invites reputable and well-established consultancy firms registered with relevant authorities to submit sealed proposals for feasibility study, preparation of design, PC-I documents, and construction supervision for multiple developmental projects. These projects are located in various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Mansehra, Mardan, Kunjah, and Buner. Items being procured: - Special repair of PTB building in District Mansehra Sub Head Tobacco Research Sub Station, Mansehra - Construction of conference room/Committee Hall of TRS, Mardan - Construction/Repair maintenance of Tobacco Research Sub-Station, Kunjah - Construction of Tobacco Model Farm, Buner The scope includes detailed feasibility studies, design preparation, PC-I documentation, and supervision of construction activities for the above projects. The consultancy firm must demonstrate sound financial position, technical expertise, and proven experience in similar projects. Registration with PEC, PCATP, PPRA, and other regulatory bodies is mandatory. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule-36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004.
