The Directorate of Industries and Commerce Quetta invites proposals for consultancy services for a feasibility study and detailed design for the development of an Industrial Estate at QITE Phase-III, Eastern Bypass, Quetta. Items being procured: - Feasibility study and detailed design for Development of Industrial Estate at QITE Phase-III, Eastern Bypass, Quetta The consultancy service requires a firm registered with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and registered with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm. The firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority. Eligibility criteria include at least 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 1,500,000 in one subsequent previous year, presence in active tax payer list, and valid BRA registration certificate.
