Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites bids for consultancy services focused on Independent Technical Vetting of Estimates, Proposals, Designs and Works related to PD (C&O) and Chief Engineer (P&E). The scope includes Deposit Works, ELR, DOP, and other Electrical Works applicable to HT or LT systems. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to ensure technical accuracy and compliance in electrical project documentation and execution. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for Independent Technical Vetting of Estimates - Proposals - Designs and Works of PD (C&O) - Works of Chief Engineer (P&E) - Deposit Works - ELR - DOP - Other Electrical Works (HT or LT, as applicable) The technical scope covers detailed vetting of electrical engineering documents and works, ensuring adherence to standards and project requirements. The consultancy will support PESCO’s engineering departments in Peshawar, focusing on high and low tension electrical infrastructure projects. Eligible bidders must comply with PEC registration requirements and possess relevant experience in electrical consultancy services. FBR and ATL registration are mandatory for participation. Bidders must submit their E-Bids electronically via the EPADS v2.0 system by Monday, July 27, 2026, 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM at PESCO Headquarters, Room No. 311, Shami Road, Peshawar. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee is required as per bidding documents.
