Consultancy for Media Relations Public Relations and Institutional Image Building

COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) is seeking qualified and income tax registered consultants with proven expertise for professional consultancy services in media relations, public relations, and institutional image building. This opportunity is based in Islamabad and aims to enhance the university's electronic and print media visibility, strengthen public relations, improve institutional branding, and provide advice on optimal utilization of PR and media budgets. Items being procured: - Consultancy for Media Relations - Consultancy for Public Relations - Consultancy for Institutional Image Building The consultant will provide services to improve CUI's media presence and public image through strategic communication and branding efforts. The scope includes advising on media strategies, managing public relations campaigns, and optimizing budget allocation for PR activities. This consultancy requires a deep understanding of media dynamics and institutional branding within the higher education sector. Interested consultants must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience in media and public relations consultancy. The selection will be made on a Least Cost Selection (LCS) basis as per Clause 27.4 of PPRA SBD for Consultancy.
