COMSATS University Islamabad is seeking professional consultancy services to enhance its media relations, public relations, and institutional image building. This opportunity is specifically for qualified consultants with proven expertise in journalism, media, and strategic communication based in Islamabad. The consultancy aims to improve the university's visibility across electronic and print media, strengthen media relations, and optimize the use of PR and media budgets. The scope includes reviewing existing media and communication practices, developing a comprehensive media and PR strategy aligned with the university's academic mission, and advising on electronic media coverage such as TV, digital news platforms, and talk shows. The consultant will also manage print media relations, including press releases to national Urdu and English press, and build strong ties with editors, reporters, and media houses at national and regional levels. Additional responsibilities include proposing crisis communication mechanisms, cost-effective advertising plans, and providing guidance on content strategy and institutional messaging. Capacity building of relevant university staff through advisory sessions is also part of the contract.
