Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, based in Peshawar, is inviting proposals through EPADS for consultancy services. This tender focuses on the operation and maintenance (O&M) and the development of a building facility management system (BFMS) for the department. The scope includes the full and detailed design of roads, bridges, aerial ropeways, and assessment of public buildings across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, along with institutional strengthening.

- Development of Building Facility Management System (BFMS)
The consultancy requires expertise in infrastructure design and building assessment, with a focus on institutional capacity building. The selected firm or joint venture will provide comprehensive technical and financial proposals as per the Terms of Reference (TORs) available from the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) website and the RAMS Unit office during working hours.
