Consultancy Services for Repair and Maintenance of Chromebooks/Tablets by Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training

The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (M/o FE&PT) invites bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for provision of Non-Consultancy Services related to repair and maintenance of Chromebooks/Tablets after their distribution. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure of Principal Method of Procurement (Open Competitive Bidding) with Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique, allocating 80 marks to technical and 20 marks to financial evaluation, in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Repair and Maintenance Services for Chromebooks - Repair and Maintenance Services for Tablets All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/110752. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 21st September, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the Committee Room, 1st Floor, Block-C, Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad. Bidders may submit queries through EPADS for clarifications. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before September 30, 2026, 11:00 a.m. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Eligibility criteria include registration on EPADS, compliance with Public Procurement Rules, and submission of required bid security. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without liability. Bidders are advised to carefully review the e-bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification.
