Tender Description
BUITEMS invites proposals from PEC/PCATP registered firms for consultancy services involving review and modification of design and detailed construction supervision for the establishment of BUITEMS Sub-Campus at Muslimbagh. The project includes civil works for construction of academic complex, admin block, faculty hostel, boys hostel, gates, watch tower, guard room, and infrastructure.
Interested firms must obtain the RFP by paying Rs.1000 and submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes by registered mail or by hand before 3:00 pm on 26th December 2025. Proposals will be evaluated using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method. An earnest money of Rs.200,000 is required with the financial bid.
