Consultancy Service for Development and Modification of Various Locations/Projects of CDA in Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites Request for Proposals (RFP) from eligible consultancy firms registered with Pakistan Council for Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) for consultancy service for development and modification of various locations/projects of CDA in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Consultancy service for development and modification of various locations/projects of CDA in Islamabad This procurement will follow a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the authority. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit as described in the bidding documents. The detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The RFP must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, 21 September, 2026 11:30 AM. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of RFP will not be entertained. In line with Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the EPADS registration and submission process to avoid disqualification.
