Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites Request for Proposals (RFP) from eligible consultancy firms registered with Pakistan Council for Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) for consultancy services related to the development and modification of various CDA locations and projects in Islamabad. This procurement will be conducted on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0, ensuring a transparent and efficient bidding process.

The technical scope involves providing expert consultancy services for architectural and town planning development and modifications across multiple CDA projects. Interested firms must be registered with PCATP and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, including any regulatory guidelines issued by the authority. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt as specified in the bidding documents.

The RFP must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, 21 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
