Consultancy Service for Validation of Work Done & Design Support Construction Supervision of Shehzanik Dam Project

This tender invites consultancy services for the validation of work done and design support construction supervision of the Shehzanik Dam Project under the Directorate General Public Relations Balochistan in Gwadar. The consultancy service is specifically for firms with strong credentials and experience in similar projects. Items being procured: - Consultancy Service for Validation of work done & Design Support Construction Supervision of Shehzanik Dam Project (one lot) The scope includes validation of completed work and providing design support during construction supervision for the Shehzanik Dam. The project requires a firm with registration with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, active taxpayer status (ATL), and PEC registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm. The firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Eligibility criteria include at least 4 assignments of similar nature and complexity, a minimum turnover of Rs. 210 million in the last three years, and active tax registration. Bid security of 2% is required in the form of a CDR from a scheduled bank. The procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
