Consultancy Services for Architectural, Structural Designs and Supervision at PUMHSW Shaheed Benazirabad

The Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women Shaheed Benazirabad is procuring consultancy services for the preparation of architectural and structural drawings, designs, engineer estimates, and BOQs including detailed supervision for the construction of the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan at the main campus and the Peoples Institute of Dental & Oral Health Sciences at the new campus in Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh. This project involves comprehensive design and supervision services covering civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works. The technical scope includes soil investigation reports with seismic criteria, detailed topographic surveys, master planning, conceptual and detailed designs with 3D views, preparation of tender documents, and continuous supervision during construction. The consultancy will also handle any modifications or amendments during execution without extra charges. The project covers a significant area including academic blocks and hostels with a total covered area exceeding 275,000 square feet. Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Council of Architecture and Town Planning or PEC, have valid NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and demonstrate financial turnover averaging at least Rs. 20 million over the last three years. Experience in similar educational projects in Nawabshah is mandatory. The firm must submit a bid security of Rs. 1,500,000 in the form of a CDR or pay order. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately but simultaneously via EPADs and physically at the Project Director's office. The deadline for submission is 30th June 2026 at 1:30 PM, with technical proposals opening at 2:00 PM the same day. The consultancy fee is fixed at Rs. 47,714,400 inclusive of all taxes.
