Consultancy Services for Solarization of 20 Working Folks Grammar Schools and Workers Welfare Board Main Office Building

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Workers Welfare Board (KP WWB) invites qualified firms to provide consultancy services for the detailed design, drawings, supervision, and detailed cost estimate for the solarization of 20 Working Folks Grammar Schools established across various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Workers Welfare Board Main Office Building in Hayatabad, Peshawar. This project aims to install solar photovoltaic systems to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply to these schools and the main office building, reducing reliance on conventional energy sources and promoting cost-efficient alternate energy. The scope includes conducting surveys and feasibility studies, site engineering assessments, photovoltaic equipment selection, system design, preparation of cost estimates based on the latest KP Schedule of Rates MRS-2025, and economic analysis. The solar PV system will comprise solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, batteries, control and protection systems, interconnect cables, switches, and earthing systems. The consultant will also supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and operationalization, including periodic visits during the defect liability period. Eligible firms should have relevant PEC categories, valid FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience in solar energy consultancy and project supervision. The tender requires submission of a Rs. 3,000/- Demand Draft or Pay Order in the name of Secretary KP Workers Welfare Board. Bidders must submit scanned copies of the payment on the Epads portal and original payment before bid submission deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted via Epads by the specified closing date.
