Tender Description
The Project Director Improvement and Rehabilitation of Hairdin Drainage System Naseerabad invites bids for consultancy services specifically for the top supervision of rehabilitation works on canals in District Sohbatpur, Balochistan. This tender is issued under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and targets well-reputed national or international consulting firms or joint ventures with proven expertise.

The scope involves providing expert consultancy for the supervision of canal rehabilitation, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications. The consultancy firm must have PEC registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm and be active on the FBR and BRA tax lists. The firm should not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The assignment requires a turnover of at least PKR 4,000,000 in the last three years, demonstrating experience in similar complex projects.
Bidders must submit their proposals electronically via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS). The bid security is 2% of the bid cost, and a bid cost of Rs. 2000 is applicable. The financial proposals will only be opened for those consultants whose technical proposals are approved. The deadline for bid submission is **17 August 2026 at 12:00 PM**, with tender opening at 1:00 PM on the same day at the office of the undersigned.
