Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Workers Welfare Board Projects

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Workers Welfare Board (WWB) invites reputable consultancy firms from its prequalified panel approved by the Governing Body (WWF) for consultancy services related to detailed design, drawings, cost estimates, PC-I's preparation, and construction supervision for multiple development projects in Peshawar. The projects include: - Establishment of IT Labs, Smart Classrooms and Interactive Boards and renovation in 20 No. of schools - Supply and Installation of additional Two No. Lifts at WWB Main Office Building at Hayatabad, Peshawar - Solarization of Tube Wells in 35 No. of Labour Colonies - Solarization of Power of Schools and WWB Main Office Building at Hayatabad Peshawar - Renovation of 50 Quarters at Labour Colony, Mardan These consultancy services require firms to have valid registration and renewal fee deposited with WWB for the Financial Year 2026-27. The technical scope covers design, cost estimation, and supervision ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements. Firms must submit proposals electronically through the EPADS portal in accordance with PPRA rules. Financial bids must be submitted by 30-09-2026 at 1200 hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 1300 hrs in the committee room of KP WWB Main Office Building, Sector A-3, Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Interested bidders should review the RFP documents and TORs available on the KP WWB website wwbkp.gov.pk and EPADS portal. The KP WWB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule No.33(1).
