Consultancy Services for Site Feasibility, Engineering Design, Tender Document and Construction Supervision of PRCS Model Training & Development Centre for Youth & Volunteers Islamabad

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed, qualified and experienced consultancy firms for providing consultancy services for the proposed PRCS Model Training & Development Centre for Youth & Volunteers at NHQ Islamabad. The assignment broadly includes site/structural feasibility assessment, architectural and detailed engineering design, preparation of tender documents, procurement assistance, construction stages, and construction supervision. The assignment is expected to be completed within 3 months from the date of contract commencement. Interested and eligible consultants/firms with relevant experience are invited to submit their Technical and Financial Proposals in accordance with the Tender Documents and Terms of Reference. To obtain the EOI/Tender documents, interested firms may submit a written request on their official letterhead to PRCS Office at NHQ Sector H-8 Islamabad or request the tender documents via email to procurement@prcs.org.pk with a soft copy of official letterhead requesting the tender documents. The Bidding Documents can also be downloaded from Brightspyre and the PRCS website at www.prcs.org.pk. Sealed proposals (Technical & Financial) must reach the PRCS Procurement Unit on or before 25 September 2026 by 03:00 pm (PST). Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:30 pm in the presence of interested firms or their authorized representatives. Submission after deadline will not be entertained.
