Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division-I, Peshawar, is seeking qualified consultancy services for the Survey, Feasibility Study, Design, Design-Review, and Supervision of Solarization of Water Supply Schemes under the Peshawar Revitalization Plan. This tender invites experienced consultants and firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant codes, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to participate.

The scope includes detailed technical assessment, design validation, and on-site supervision of solar power integration into existing water supply infrastructure. The project is based in Peshawar and aims to enhance sustainable water supply through solar energy solutions. Interested bidders must prepare Technical and Financial Proposals in accordance with the RFP document available on EPADS/KP-PPRA website.
Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration with relevant codes, KPRA and FBR registration, and proven experience in similar consultancy assignments. The estimated cost of consultancy services is bold PKR 6.728 million. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 13th July 2026 at 12:00 hours at the office of the Chief Engineer (Centre), Public Health Engineering Department, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted through EPADS by 30th July 2026 at 11:00 hours. Bidders must upload a bid declaration certificate confirming willingness to submit a 10% performance security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee upon award. Financial proposals of technically unqualified bidders will not be opened.
A practical tip for bidders: Carefully review the PEC codes required and ensure all registrations and documents are up to date before submission. Late or incomplete proposals will be rejected. Timely submission via EPADS is critical to avoid disqualification.
