Tender Description
The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT), Government of Pakistan, is seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals for multiple consultant positions under its flagship Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) based in Islamabad. This initiative aims to drive Pakistan’s national digital transformation agenda by engaging experts in various digital and telecom domains.
The consultancy roles include Digital Transformation Program Manager, Digital Public Infrastructure and Interoperability Lead, Senior Specialist for Digital Program Integration and Commercial Coordination, Lead Architect for National Open Data Ecosystem focusing on Civic Innovation, Civic Innovation Technology Lab Specialist, Creative and Design Expert for Civic Innovation, Telecom Infrastructure Consultant, and Procurement Officer. These positions require professionals with strong backgrounds in digital technologies, program management, telecom infrastructure, and innovation labs.
Applicants must meet eligibility criteria including relevant experience, qualifications, and registrations such as FBR/ATL compliance. The project is managed by the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, located at the Telecom Foundation Complex, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad.
