Tender Description
The Pakistan Airports Authority Planning and Development Directorate is procuring consultancy services for the design review and construction supervision of the Rainwater Harvesting Kasana Dam located at Islamabad International Airport. This project involves detailed technical oversight to ensure the dam's design meets all regulatory and safety standards and that construction activities adhere to approved plans and quality benchmarks. The scope includes reviewing engineering designs, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and possess relevant experience in dam design and supervision projects. Firms should have valid PEC registration in the appropriate category and be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The procurement follows the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Interested consultants must submit their technical bids physically along with the required Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Financial bids are to be uploaded only through EPADS v2.0.
The submission deadline is Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with proposals opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions of financial bids will not be accepted.
