Procurement of Consumables, Chemicals, Equipment, and Adult (ACLS) Manikins for Research Projects

Khyber Medical University in Peshawar is inviting electronic bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized importers, and authorized dealers for the procurement of consumables, chemicals, equipment, and Adult (ACLS) Manikins specifically for research projects. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules. Items being procured: - Consumables and equipment supplies for Research Project - Chemicals and Equipment for Research Project - Adult (ACLS) Manikins and Equipment for Research Project The technical scope covers the supply of research-related consumables, chemicals, and specialized equipment including Adult Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) manikins. These items are essential for supporting various research projects at the university. Bidders must ensure compliance with quality standards and provide all required documentation electronically. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with relevant tax authorities including the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Excise Khyber Pakhtunkhwa where applicable. Additionally, bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of both FBR and KPRA at the time of bid submission. A bid security of 2% in the form of a CDR favoring the Director ORIC KMU is mandatory and must be uploaded on the E-PADS portal and submitted in original to the Director ORIC office in Hayatabad, Peshawar. The deadline for electronic bid submission is **11:00 AM on 27/07/2026**. Bids will be opened at **11:30 AM on the same day** in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for **08/07/2026 at 1100 hours** in the Director ORIC office. Manual submissions are not accepted.
