Tender Description
Pakistan Tobacco Board invites electronic Expression of Interest from registered consultant firms for hiring contract management and risk assessment specialists. The scope includes reviewing existing cess collection contracts, identifying legal and financial risks, improving contract clauses, and ensuring compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 and relevant laws.
