Contract for Repair and Maintenance Framework Agreement Prequalification

The Office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib (Repair & Maintenance Cell) Islamabad invites prequalification applications for an Open Framework Agreement for Contract for Repair and Maintenance referenced as FFW10215. This agreement is intended for the on-demand supply of repair and maintenance services through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the Framework Agreement period. Items being procured: - Contract for Repair and Maintenance services under an Open Framework Agreement The scope includes repair and maintenance works as required by the Office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib. The agreement will cover various repair and maintenance tasks to be executed on demand during the contract period. Eligibility is open to all National Applicants who meet the prequalification requirements specified in the Prequalification Documents. Interested applicants must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and can obtain further information and documents through the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/framework-agreements/10215. Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Electronic opening of applications will occur the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 are advised to complete their registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The prequalified applicants will be invited to participate in the subsequent procurement proceedings. The Open Framework Agreement is expected to be signed on Friday, October 30, 2026, for a period of 36 months.
