Provision of Contractual Outsourced Manpower Services for Financial Year 2026-27

The Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications, Islamabad, an executive department under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, is seeking pre-qualification of well-reputed, financially sound, and experienced firms for the provision of contractual outsourced manpower services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, emphasizing compliance and financial stability. Items being procured: - Contractual / outsourced manpower services (recruitment, payroll administration, and management of contract staff) The scope involves recruitment, payroll administration, and management of contract staff to support the Directorate’s media monitoring activities. The service provider must ensure efficient manpower management aligned with the Directorate’s operational requirements throughout the financial year. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and Sales Tax Departments and demonstrate relevant experience in manpower outsourcing services.
