The Directorate will reimburse actual staff remuneration and pay the quoted service charge. The deadline for submission is 16 July 2026 at 11:00 hrs, with technical proposals opening the same day at 11:30 hrs. Bidders are advised to attend the pre-proposal meeting on 10 July 2026 at 11:00 hrs. Proposals must be delivered to the Directorate's office in Islamabad. Late bids will be rejected.
