Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences (LUMHS) Jamshoro invites bids for comprehensive convocation services in Jamshoro, Sindh, covering venue setup, furniture, food, photography, videography, and related items. This tender focuses on delivering a seamless event experience with high-quality service and materials.
The scope includes full preparation of the convocation venue, including marquee erection, stage setup with sound and lighting systems, seating arrangements for VIPs and faculty, and decoration with fresh flowers and carpeting. Food services cover main courses and refreshments for 2500 guests, with special items for faculty and staff.
