Courier Service Provider for Delivery of Secure Vehicle Number Plates and Smart Registration Cards

The Excise and Taxation Department, Islamabad Capital Territory, Islamabad, invites experienced and GST/NTN registered companies or firms to provide courier services for the door-step delivery of Secure Vehicle Number Plates and Smart Registration Cards. This contract covers delivery from the Excise & Taxation Office, Islamabad, to designated destinations across Pakistan. Items being procured: - Courier service for Secure Vehicle Number Plates - Courier service for Smart Registration Cards The scope includes secure handling and timely delivery of these sensitive documents nationwide. Bidders must comply with all federal and provincial tax regulations and provide a bid security of Rs. 1,250,000/- in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft, or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favor of the DDO, Excise and Taxation Department, Islamabad. Eligibility requires active taxpayer status with FBR for GST and Income Tax. Financial proposals must clearly state costs for individual and bulk deliveries, inclusive of all applicable taxes and levies. The procurement procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method under the Federal Public Procurement Rules (PPRA), 2004. Bid submission deadline is Thursday, 10th September 2026 by 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM at the Office of Director Excise & Taxation Department, adjacent to HEC building, Sector H-9, Islamabad.
