Sindh Bank Limited Karachi invites qualified firms for the provision of courier services covering its Head Office, other offices, centralized units, and 330 branches nationwide. This tender focuses on efficient document and parcel delivery, requiring same-day booking MIS submission and delivery MIS within three working days. The courier company must maintain detailed shipment records and provide collection services for branch-wise security stationery from vendors. The contract is initially for one year with a possibility of extension up to three years on mutual agreement.
The scope demands a reliable courier partner capable of handling high volumes across diverse locations in Pakistan. The service provider must ensure timely delivery, immediate reporting of lost shipments, and maintain comprehensive tracking and reporting systems.
