Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites bids for the supply of Covering Welding Cable with a current carrying capacity of 500 Amp. This procurement is specifically for the supply of welding cable to be delivered at Base Stores Manga (D), Lahore. Items being procured: - Covering Welding Cable, Current Carrying Capacity 500 Amp The tender documents include General Terms, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Price Schedules for foreign suppliers and local manufacturers, Questionnaire carrying important commercial terms, Schedule of Requirements and Shipment, Technical Specifications, Specimens of Authority Letter, Bid Bond, Performance/Warranty Bond Guarantee, Integrity Pact, Purchase Order, Certificate of Full Disclosure & Non-Collusion, Blacklisting Mechanism, Declaration of Beneficial Owner's Information, and Qualification Criteria for Local Manufacturers. Bidders must submit their bids on a Single Stage Two Envelope System Basis, with separate envelopes for Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. The Technical Proposal should include technical literature, questionnaire, clause-by-clause commentary on technical specifications, quantity offered, bid bond copy, and delivery period. The Financial Proposal should include the price schedule, original bid bond, sales tax registration certificate, income tax certificate, and questionnaire copy. Offers must be in Pak Rupees on free delivery basis to Base Stores Manga (D). Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. SNGPL reserves the right to cancel or amend the tender or quantities by 15% without assigning any reason. Only one authorized representative per bidder is allowed to attend the public bid opening, requiring an authority letter.
