The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore invites tenders from firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments / Authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax (if applicable) and registered on the E-Procurement System. The procurement is for Coversheets / MCQ Award & Roll No. part as per sample. Items being procured: - Coversheets / MCQ Award & Roll No. part (9,500,000 units) The coversheets are to be printed on 100 grams imported offset paper of A3 size made from virgin pulp with 95% plus brightness. The paper must have 95% brightness, burst factor 20min, opacity 90% min, thickness 106 min and texture white. Printing must be single colour black digital printing as per approved design and script with perfect perforation at selected points. Encrypted Barcode 128 font printing having 16 digits with Board code I.D / QR Code as per present format/sample/specification is required. Each coversheet will bear a unique number. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per rule 38(2)a of PPR-2014. Bid Security of 5% of estimated price i.e. Rs. 4,037,500/- and Performance Guarantee of 5% of Contract Amount are required. The closing date and time for submission is **30-09-2026 till 01:30 P.M** with opening at 02:00 P.M on the same day. Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Firms must be registered with FBR and relevant tax authorities.
