Credit & Risk Automation Solution Software Procurement

Saudi Pak Industrial & Agricultural Investment Company Limited invites proposals from reputable and experienced software solution providers for procurement and implementation of an on-premises Credit & Risk Automation System. The system includes configuration, customization, development, integration, data migration, testing, training, Go-Live, and ongoing support. Items being procured: - On-premises Credit & Risk Automation System software - Configuration and customization services - Development and integration - Data migration - Testing and training - Go-Live and support services The procurement will follow a Single Stage - One Envelope procedure where technical and financial parts of the proposal must be submitted together in a sealed bid package as prescribed in the RFP documents. The scope covers full software lifecycle and implementation at Saudi Pak's Islamabad Head Office. Eligible bidders should be reputable software providers with relevant experience and capability to deliver complex automation solutions. Proposals must comply with the detailed technical and commercial requirements outlined in the RFP documents, which can be obtained or downloaded from www.saudipak.com. Proposals must reach the undersigned by 15:00 hours on October 16, 2026. Opening of proposals will be at 15:30 hours on the same day at Saudi Pak Head Office, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete proposals will be rejected as per Saudi Pak's Procurement Manual. Saudi Pak reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal in accordance with its approved procurement policies and procedures.
