Development, Deployment, Operation, and Management of Curated Micro-Food Network and Leisure Ecosystem within Airport Car Parking Area

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable and experienced firms for the development, deployment, operation, and management of a curated micro-food network and leisure ecosystem within airport car parking areas. This initiative targets enhancing passenger experience, dwell-time engagement, and non-aeronautical revenue generation through modular, technology-enabled, and sustainable solutions. The project covers multiple major airports including Jinnah International Airport Karachi, Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore, Islamabad International Airport Islamabad, and Multan International Airport Multan. The scope includes setting up food carts offering diverse food categories such as premium ice cream, cold beverages, Korean snacks, chai & street food, Middle Eastern cuisine, fast bites, sweet & dessert, Mexican, and novelty treats. Additionally, family play and leisure zones will be developed featuring soft play areas for toddlers, adventure play zones for older children, and creative leisure zones with safe, supervised, and age-appropriate facilities. Interested firms must submit a company profile, relevant experience, conceptual proposals with designs and cart sizes, technical and operational approaches, and indicative commercial models including license fees and revenue share. The submission deadline is **25-05-2026**. EOIs should be submitted to the respective Chief Operating Officer or Airport Project Manager of the concerned airport. Firms should ensure they meet all regulatory requirements including FBR registration and demonstrate prior experience in similar projects.
